Here's a review from a non-member perspecitve: this site is worth a look!

There are loads and loads of lessons here, and each one has a free trailer that in itself can teach you something or give you some ideas, and definintely gives you a sense for what the lesson will contain had you paid to be a member.

You can browse here for a long time getting benefit without paying anything, and I reckon if you were to pay you'd know what you were going to get. That's good!
